Is the Courier the employee of the PilotDelivery OÜ company?

In the course of administering the PilotDelivery Delivery platform, PilotDelivery acts only as a provider of the information society service, but not as a party to the Delivery Contract. The Courier is not an employee of PilotDelivery and does not act as a subcontractor of PilotDelivery. The Courier offers the delivery service to the Client as an independent entrepreneur on the basis of the Delivery Contract entered into with the Client for this purpose. PilotDelivery acts as an agent of the Courier.
