What happens if the courier finds out that the client is violating the legislation of the Republic of Estonia?
If the Client is violating the provisions of clause 9, the Courier must turn to law-enforcement authorities immediately.
How does the delivery of items take place using the PilotDelivery platform?
For the items to be delivered, the Client enters into the Delivery Contract directly with the Courier. The Delivery Contract is regarded as having been entered into from the moment when the Courier confirms the Application via the PilotDelivery Delivery platform.

It is the difference between debit and credit turnover amounts in the account on the PilotDelivery Delivery platform.
Is the Courier the employee of the PilotDelivery OÜ company?
In the course of administering the PilotDelivery Delivery platform, PilotDelivery acts only as a provider of the information society service, but not as a party to the Delivery Contract. The Courier is not an employee of PilotDelivery and does not act as a subcontractor of PilotDelivery. The Courier offers the delivery service to the Client as an independent entrepreneur on the basis of the Delivery Contract entered into with the Client for this purpose. PilotDelivery acts as an agent of the Courier.
What kind of information about the Order does the Courier see?
Before the order is confirmed, the Courier sees the time, place of delivery of the Order and its value.
Does the Courier have to execute each order?
The Courier may refuse from executing three Orders within one Calendar Day. After refusing the third order, the access to using thePilotDelivery Delivery platform is blocked for the Courier for five hours.
