Privacy policy
PilotDelivery OÜ highly values the privacy of the users of its PilotDelivery delivery platform and adheres to the following privacy policy principles. In this document, you will find the information about what kind of personal data is collected about you, the purposes it is used for as well as the persons who have access to it.
What kind of customer data is processed
While processing personal data, we proceed from all of the applicable legal acts related to the protection of personal data, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. We process the following personal data:

background data and contact details, including first name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, which has been collected at the moment of the installation of the application;

the information related to the Order(s) placed via the PilotDelivery application and the information related to every single Order;

geographical location, in which the application is used and where you are ordering the Meal (required for the purpose of the service);

when the account is registered, your user name and password as well as related account data;
-
feedback assessment (including the information submitted for dispute resolution);

payment data and payment history;
-
text, images, and other content created by the user, submitted by you;

if you are prohibited from using the service or it is suspended, the data about the ban or suspension;

identification data about the device, in which the application has been installed;

webpage and communication data, for example, the data that is collected by cookie-files and other similar monitoring technologies if you are using our webpage or applications;

the data about the requests for help you have submitted (e.g. via the application or other communication channels), including the notifications about lost items, and
-
if we suspect fraud on reasonable grounds, the data about offences or alleged offences received from the authorities dealing with fraud detection and prevention.
PilotDelivery OÜ informs that removing the PilotDelivery application from a device is not followed by the automatic deletion of personal data, its destruction or anonymization.
What kind of data related to the persons providing delivery services is processed

background data and contact details, including first name and surname, phone number, e-mail address;

banking and financial data as well as payment data;

geographical location if the Courier has logged into the application (required for the purpose of the service);

demographic data;

account data, including a user name;
-
data about the Orders that have been executed, their paths and feedback as well as about daily deliveries;

estimated fees, actual fees, and other payment data;
-
history of incomings and financial data;
-
text, images, and other content created by the user, submitted by you;

if we cancel your right to use the service or issue a warning, the data about the cancellation or the warning;

identification data about the device, in which the relevant PilotDelivery application has been installed;

webpage and communication data, for example, the data that is collected by cookie-files and other similar monitoring technologies if you are using our webpage or applications. The data about the requests for help you have submitted (e.g. via the application or other communication channels);

complaints submitted by Clients in relation to deliveries done by the Courier.
We collect and process the personal data of Couriers in order to ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements, to check the qualifications of Couriers with regard to professional provision of the service of delivery of movable property, and to protect contractual relations related to the service provided by the PilotDelivery application, including the resolution of any problems related to the quality of the delivery service and monitoring the compliance with requirements on your part on the ongoing basis.
The team of PilotDelivery can view the geographical location of the Courier, the information about the ongoing deliveries and the usage of the service.
Purposes of processing personal data

To provide our services to you (legal basis: to execute the contract that has been entered into with you) and in our legitimate interest (in order to provide you with services).

To carry our check-ups in cases permitted by applicable law (legal basis: legal obligations; legitimate interest (to observe legal or regulatory requirements and offer a safe service); legal requirements and important public interest (data processing for the purpose of prevention or detection of a crime)).

To discharge our legal duties and obligations and in connection with legal requirements (legal basis: legal obligations; legitimate interest (to observe legal or regulatory requirements and offer a safe service); legal requirements and important public interest (data processing for the purpose of prevention or detection of crime)).

Restructuring our commercial activities or introducing changes (legal basis: legitimate interest (to enable us to make changes in our commercial activities)).
Processors of personal data
Your personal data is not forwarded to third parties (except for the cases permitted by legal acts, for example, to state institutions). Only the employes of PilotDelivery OÜ have access to your personal data. You have the right to familiarize yourself with your personal data at any point, to apply for making amendments in it, restricting its processing, their deletion or transfer of data to another company by sending an e-mail at info@pilotdelivery.eu. We confirm that we process your data only using the methods permitted by law and we apply relevant technical measures in order to provide the safety of personal data while processing it.
Personal data retention period
We store the collected data as long as the client relations as well as legal obligations related to them last. We store all of the collected data only until we need it for the purpose of its collection.
The data processed by clients and submitted to us
PilotDelivery OÜ does not bear responsibility for processing personal data submitted to us, downloaded or entered into different environments by a Client. The Client is responsible for meeting the requirements established by the Personal Data Protection Act and other acts (e. g. observing the terms and conditions of use, the Privacy Policy, etc.).

You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Data Protection Inspectorate or to the state supervisory authority that operates in the area of your permanent residence.
